Eggplant in the microwave

Ingredients :

1 . eggplant

instructions :

Take an eggplant and make holes in it with a fork then put it in the microwave for 6-12 minutes in the microwave (depending on the size and how you like it)

Ways to eat it :

I like to eat it with the rind but you can remove it -
Cut it up and add salt and tomaetos and onions (or any other vegeteable) and olive oil - or you eat it with humus or thini ect ect...

Tips :

1 . how to peak a good eggplant : a good eggplant is one without many seeds (because the seeds are bitter) the more seeds the heavier the eggplant - so you should choose the lightest eggplant for its size .

How to bake simple bread

Ingredients
:

1 . 1 kg flour

2 . 3 spoons of sugar

3 . 2 teaspoons of salt

4 . 1 spoon of DRY yeast (very important to use dried yeast)

5 . Lukewarm water

Instructions :

Take all the ingredients and put them in a bowl and mix them then add water in small portions while kneading until you finish all the flour and the dough has a consistent dough texture - then cover the bowl with a towel and wait an hour and a half - then "deflate" the dough and knead it then put it in an oven tray - wait another hour and put it in the oven on 180 (celzius) = 356 (fahrenheit) and wait 1/2-1 hour

extra tips :

1 . To make it a banana bread mash (easiest with hands) 1-2 bananas and add them to the dough after "diflation" and knead them with the dough

2 . If you give the yeast more time to "inflate" the dough its better - so if you forget to knead the dough after an hour and a half - it is even better .

3 .It is very important to add the water in small portions - so you wont add to much water - which will ruin the bread !
